This fixture was made to test prototype parts of a next generation device. Using this fixture, liquid leak testing can be achieved. Cutouts on the front hold a PCB in place during testing for live pressure data.
A Zaber motor was implemented with another fixture in order to conduct occlusion and dynamic leak testing.
The complete setup is shown below. Fixtures can be daisy chained together to conduct more than one test at once, in this case three. The laptop controls the Zaber motors and logs pressure data for each device.
